Sally K. Dale serves as Managing Director for Dale Design, Inc., responsible for the firm's finance and operations, including accounting, marketing, IT, scheduling, archives and the library.

Sally brings to the firm over three decades of business experience in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Her professional experience includes serving as Development Officer for the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT, where she facilitated gifts in support of research and the KI's new facility; as Strategic Advisor to Ambassador Swanee Hunt, where she advanced the Ambassador's fund raising in support of women's initiatives at the Harvard Kennedy School and around the world; as Director of Stewardship for the Boston Symphony Orchestra, where she developed and managed a comprehensive donor relations program and oversaw aspects of development operations; and as a Purchasing Manager for Lotus Development Corporation, specialized in color print and packaging procurement and vendor management.

Sally holds a BA from Wellesley College and in her free time is an avid gardener, an organizer, and a coach to colleagues and friends.
